Accommodation
We have made block reservations in the hotels listed below. Participants are requested to contact the hotels directly for bookings.

Shuttles
Airports
Luton and Birmingham are the most convenient airports to use for this event. There will be a shuttle service from the two airports to the hotels (see above) on Monday afternoon from 14-18h. After the event on Tuesday afternoon, shuttles will leave at 16.15h from Millbrook to the two airports.

Hotels
There will be a shuttle service on Tuesday morning at 8.30h from the two hotels (see above) to Millbrook.

Trains
If you arrive on Monday, take a train to Luton Airport Parkway or Milton Keynes Central, depending on the hotel you have chosen. Please note that they will be NO shuttle service.

If you arrive on Tuesday morning, please take a train to Flitwick, which is the nearest train station to Millbrook. There will be a shuttle service from Flitwick to Millbrook between 8.30h-9h.
