From 17-19 May 2011, the eSafety Challenge project was presented to Automobile Clubs from all over the world at the FIA International Club Conference in Estoril, Portugal. At the eSafety Challenge stand, delegates had the opportunity to learn about the project's activities and to explore possibilities to organise national eSafety events.
In addition, Irina Patrascu, FIA Region I Coordinator, gave a presentation on “Understanding the benefit of new technologies”. The presentation ( click here for download) covered background information on the eSafety Challenge, as well information about the events and communications strategy over the last year.
